The applicants are seeking transit anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in connection with C.R.46/2021, registered with Udyog Vihar Police Station, Dist. Gurugram, Harayana, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The copy of the First Information Report (FIR) has been annexed to this application. It is submitted that both the applicants are ladies. The applicant No. 2 is senior citizen aged about 70 years. Some reasonable time will be required for them to approach the competent Court for appropriate relief. The other accused had approached this Court, seeking similar relief. They have been granted

In this circumstances, protection as prayed in this application can be granted.

O R D E R

i) In the event of arrest of applicant in CR No. 46/2021, registered with Udyog Vihar Police Station, Dist. Gurugram, Harayana, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

ii) This protection is granted for a period of six weeks to enable the applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief; iii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
