This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and extension of facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 21st December 2020 3.

The applicant was directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.50 of 2019. It is submitted that on account of several difficulties the process of furnishing surety is not completed.
