By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to furnish surety.

Perused the papers. The applicant was enlarged on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Thane, vide order dated 11th July, 1/3

2017 on executing PR Bond of Rs. 5 lakhs and the surety of the like amount. The applicant being aggrieved by the condition directing the applicant's release on PR Bond of Rs. 5 lakhs and surety in the like amount, filed an application seeking modification of the said condition being Criminal Application No. 491 of 2017. This Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.) was pleased to modify the said order dated 11th July, 2017 and as such released the applicant on bail on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has got sureties and the process to furnish surety will be completed within two weeks.

Considering the aforesaid, the time to furnish the surety, is extended by two weeks. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

Application is allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 2/3
