Ms. Jagdale, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that challenging an order of transfer, the petitioner had moved the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal initially and thereafter this Court. The order of transfer was stayed by this Court by an order dated March 13, 2018 and such order is continuing till date. During this time, a further transfer order dated August 9, 2021 has been issued to the petitioner and the petitioner wishes to comply with such transfer order by moving to the place of transfer. The petitioner, in such circumstances, does not intend to proceed with this writ petition and has, accordingly, instructed her to withdraw this writ petition.

The written instructions of the petitioner, contained in his letter dated August 17, 2021, is taken on record. 3.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order stands vacated forthwith. No costs. 4.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to comply with the order of transfer dated August 9, 2021.
