This is an application for cancellation of bail. The respondent No.1 was granted bail vide order dated 18th July, 2017 passed by the Sessions Court, Pune.

The respondent No.1 was arrested in C.R. No.265 of 2017 registered with Sangavi Police Station, for offences under Sections 307, 120-B, r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. While granting bail, it was observed that, except statement of co-accused, there is no evidence against her. There is no recovery from the respondent No.1. She was in custody for one month. 3.

Considering the aforesaid aspect, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Sessions Court. Hence, application is rejected.
