The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the subject FIR No.22/2021, registered with Chinchwad Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 387, 389, 409, 420, 457, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code") has been quashed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.5828 of 2021, by order dated 5th May, 2022. 3.

In view of the quashing of the FIR the consequent proceedings, nothing survives in these applications. 4.

Applications are thus disposed.
