By this application the applicant seeks restoration of the appeal from order, which was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 9th March, 2015 by default. The applicant has explained the reasons for not remaining present when the matter was called out on 9th March, 2015 satisfactorily.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) on the condition that the applicant will not seek any unnecessary adjournment when the appeal from order is placed on board for admission. The appeal from order is restored to file. In view of the recall of the order dated 9th March, 2015, Civil Application No.551 of 1/2

43-caa430-15 2014 is also restored to file.
