After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Applicant is in custody since 2017 for about two years. Considering the same, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. If for no fault of the Applicant the trial does not conclude within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order, the Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Application.
