Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, the Writ Petition is heard finally and decided at the stage of admission. 2.

This Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 24th January, 2019 below Exhibit 20 in Sessions Case No. 105 of 2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. 3.

Perused the order. It is informed that PW-1 Usha was present on 9th January, 2019 and cross was not conducted by the defence counsel. The accused is facing charges under sections 307, 324, 427, 452, 504 of Indian Penal Code, therefore, crossexamination is allowed. The order dated 24th January, 2019

Now the matter is scheduled on 2nd April, 2019 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge and on that day, PW-1Usha is directed to remain present and the cross of the said witness is to be conducted on the same day. Parties to cooperate. 5.

This order is to be communicated to the Prosecutor on or before 27th March, 2019.
