At the outset, learned APP on the instructions of PSI, S. S. Deshmukh, Chunabhatti Police Station states that charge-sheet will be filed in the said case on or before 05.04.2018. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an Application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet. 3.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If an Application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet is filed, the learned Judge shall decide the same on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid Application. 5.

It is made clear, that this Application has not been heard on merits.
