Even today none appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 states that the claim of the bank is settled and the bank has received the dues by way of one time settlement.

He further states that the vehicle loan account of the petitioner has been closed on 23rd May 2019. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 has placed on record copy of the email instructions received by him from the bank. The same is taken on record. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the petition. Petition is dismissed.
