The Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for staying the order dated 14.10.2022 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bandra (East), Mumbai in proceedings No.4519/2022. By that order, he had directed that the Petitioner'

s brother be admitted as a member of the Respondent No.1 Mangalya Co-operative Housing Society Limited.

The Petitioner has challenged that order before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai. The Revision Deshmane(PS)

Instead of entertaining this Petition at this stage, since the Revision Application is pending, it would be appropriate if directions are issued to the Revisional Authority to decide the Revision Application in a time bound manner. Hence, the following order is passed :

The Respondent No.4 the Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai is directed to decide the Petitioner'

s Revision Application No.687/2022 pending before him, within a period of eight weeks from today.
