By the present application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition No.2 in the order dated 08/10/2015, by which he was released on bail.

While releasing the applicant on bail, he was directed to attend Kandivali Police Station, Mumbai, on the first and third Saturdays of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m till conclusion of the trial.

Learned A.P.P. states that the charge-sheet is filed and the case is being tried before the special court. 4.

With an undertaking that the applicant shall attend the trial regularly, the condition directing his attendance in the police station is done away with.
