Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Undisputedly, the arrears of amount of maintenance to the extent of Rs.2,50,000/- deposited by the respondent has been withdrawn by the applicant. The applicant seeks transfer of the Hindu Marriage Petition No.42 of 2014, pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Alibaug to the Family Court at Thane. Undisputedly, during the pendency of this petition, the applicant herself has shifted to Murud. The distance between Murud and Alibaug is hardly of 40 kilometers. However, the applicant apprehends threats to her life as well as that of the witnesses, at the instance of the respondent and

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that such a complaint is not correct and no threats have been extended either by the respondent or any of his relatives to the applicant. In case if any such threats are given, the applicant is at liberty to approach the concerned police station which shall take cognizance of such offence. No interference is called for. Misc. Civil Application is dismissed.

Interim relief is vacated.
