The Investigating Officer is present in the Court. Learned APP on instructions, makes a statement that the main offender is the applicant'

s son. The applicant is a 62 years old lady. She is a house wife. Therefore at present, the investigating officer does not intend to arrest her. However, if the investigating agency needs her custody for interrogation and investigation purpose, he will give her four clear working days' notice to enable y.s.patil

On this statement made by learned APP in the Court today, learned Counsel for the applicant, does not press this application at this stage and seeks withdrawal of this application. 3.

The statement made by learned APP on instructions of the investigating officer is recorded. Considering the situation , the application is allowed to be withdrawn. It is made clear that if the investigating agency decides that the applicant' s custody is necessary for investigation, the investigating officer shall give four clear working days' notice to the applicant to enable her to approach appropriate Court for appropriate relief. 4.
