1] This is an application for bringing legal heirs of the sole applicant on record. The schedule of legal heirs is annexed to the application at page No.6. 2] It is submitted that, the sole applicant expired on 5th December 2016. The present application is filed within the period of limitation. 3] Perusal of application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for allowing the application.

In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 6(a). 4] Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the Application be served upon the learned Advocate for the respondents within the stipulated period.
