ORDER:

This Civil Application is taken out by the Applicant wife to stay of the judgment and order dated 11 December 2012 passed by the Family Court. By the impugned order, the Respondent husband's Petition has been allowed and the marriage between the Respondent husband and the Petitioner wife is dissolved by decree of divorce. By an ad-interim order dated 13 March 2013 this Court has stayed the decree passed by the trial Court. The said Appeal was admitted on 26 September 2013. The said ad-interim order has been in operation till date. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the ad-interim order shall operate as interim order pending the disposal of the Appeal. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as follows:
