This is an application for transfer of C.C.No.38/DC/2015 pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate 27th Court, Mulund, Mumbai to the Court of J.M.F.C., Thane.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record. 3.

The record indicates that the applicant is a highly qualified person. The applicant has instituted the said C.C.No.38/DC/2015 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate 27th Court, Mulund, Mumbai for the reliefs more particularly mentioned therein.

It is the case of the applicant that she has now residing at Thane and the address as has been mentioned in the cause title of the present application indicates that she is residing at Bhakti Mandir Road, Pachpakhadi, Thane. It is stated that the applicant has also instituted other litigation against Respondent No.1, which is pending on the file of Aarti Palkar 1/2

At the outset, it is to be noted here that there is hardly any distance between Pachpakhadi, Thane and the Metropolitan Magistrate's Court situated at Mulund. No inconvenience and/or any hardship will be caused to the applicant, if she is required to attend the litigation at Mulund. 6.

No case for transfer of the matter is made out. 7.

The application being devoid of any merits and is accordingly rejected.
