This application is taken out by the tenant for permission to deposit the amount, if so required by condoning the delay. 2.

The counsel for the tenant on instructions assures that the entire arrears upto November, 2022 shall be cleared will by depositing the same in the Small Causes Court, in any case by 14th November, 2022. Since, the statement is made on instructions, the same is accepted. 3.

The applicant to deposit the entire arrears in the Small Causes Court at Bombay without prejudice to the rights of either of the parties to the present application.

The Small Causes Court at Bombay to accept the amount if so tendered.
