The learned Government Pleader, Appellate Side had circulated a list of old infructuous matters in the Registry so that those matters could be listed and disposed as become infructuous. This petition has been notified as per the said list to have become infructuous.

The Petitioners seek to challenge the order dated 5th June 2004 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mumbai in Revision Application No. 204 of 2004 relating to a recovery certificate issued by him under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 9th January 2024

The record and proceedings indicate that the notice was issued and the petition was admitted on 14th September 2010. The bhatta tax for issuance of notice to the Respondents has not been paid till today and hence, the notice was not issued. 4.
None appears for the Petitioners even today.

It appears that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition, hence the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
