Heard learned counsel for the Applicants.

By this Application, the Applicants seek pre-arrest bail registered with the Boisar Police Station, Dist. Palghar, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 & 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP states that till date, the FIR has not been registered as against the Applicants.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that pursuant to

ABA 414-18.doc the notice dated 04.04.2017, sent by the Enforcement Officer, Employees Provident Fund Organization, the Applicants have deposited the entire contribution of Provident Fund of Rs. 30, 68, 857/-. Statement accepted. In the event, the police intends to apprehend the Applicants, the Applicants be given 72 hours notice.
