This writ petition is pending since the year 2016. 2.

The order dated 19th October, 2015 awarding maintenance of Rs.12,000/- per month for son-Devraj is questioned in this petition. The Petitioner was working in ICICI Bank and at the relevant time, claimed to have unemployed.

After this Court passed an interim protection on 4th April, 2016, the matter was listed before this Court time and again. This Court dismissed the petition on 20th August, 2016. An application for restoration of writ petition was conditionally allowed.

Thereafter again the matter was listed before this Court, wherein learned counsel for the Petitioner remained absent. On 27th June, 2019, the learned counsel for the Petitioner made a statement before this Court that the main matter was already disposed of before the Family Court and as such he was granted liberty to place on record the final order.

The fact remains that till date neither a copy of final order deciding the main petition nor the petitioner or his counsel are present since last three dates. As such petition stands dismissed. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
