1] The present application is filed on 24.02.2020 seeking bail and suspension of sentence pending appeal.

2] For a considerable period the application was not circulated before this Court and then on circulation it was listed before this Court on 14.07.2021. On 14.07.2021 learned counsel for the applicant prayed for short adjournment on the ground that he would like to place on record copies of deposition so as to effectively argue the present application. Thereafter, the application was listed before this Court on 28.07.2021 and on that day the following order was passed : 1/2

(6)lA-946-20.doc " In spite of attempts being made by the Court Officer to establish contact with learned counsel appearing for the applicants, the Court Officer could not establish any contact. We are, therefore, left with no option but to adjourn this matter on Friday i.e. on 30th July, 2021."

3] Today, learned counsel Ms.Saili Dhuru holding for Mr.Tanaji Solankar prayed for adjournment on the ground that the learned counsel is unable to attend this Court due to his ill health. 4] Considering the above referred facts, we are of the opinion that the present application which was filed on 24.02.2020 looses its efficacy. Even today also adjournment is sought for. In our opinion, there is no pressing urgency in the application. 5] In view of these facts, we dispose of the application with the liberty to the applicant to file application afresh as and when occasion arises.
