Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Application of Petitioner dated 14th June, 2016 for furlough leave by the impugned Orders, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 emergency parole leave on 2nd November, 2021. However as the Petitioner could not comply with the condition of furnishing sureties, he was not released from jail on the said leave.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
