This Appeal from Order is directed against the order dated 3.3.2015 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court at Bombay in Draft Notice of Motion in L.C. Suit No.586 of 2015. the learned Counsel for the appellant fairly submitted that after the refusal of the ad-interim relief, the respondent - Corporation has demolished the entire building and the suit structure and it is no more in existence. He submitted that he will pursue his suit for the necessary reliefs.

In view of the above submission, nothing remains in this Appeal from Order and it has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly.
