This Civil Application has been filed for seeking restoration of the Writ Petition (St.) No. 4693 of 2016 which suffered dismissal on account of non compliance of the order passed by the Registrar, Judicial-I on 7th December, 2016. 4.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non compliance of the Vishal Parekar 1/2

In the circumstances, subject to Petitioner's complying with the directions contained in the said order dated 7th December, 2016 within two weeks from today, we allow the Civil Application and restore the Writ Petition (St.) No. 4693 of 2016 to its original number.
