Through this civil application, the applicnt is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 1053 of 2016 which suffered dismissal for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the application, we find that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the Counsel for the petitioner on 9 th February, 2017 when the case was called out. 4.
