By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of 73 days delay in filing the appeal against the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Khed in M.A.C.P. No. 135 of 2017.

The reasons for the delay have been stated in paragraph nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7. The learned Counsel for the respondents - claimants objects the delay to be condoned.

However, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned.
