In the Contempt Petition, an order passed in Writ Petition No.7327 of 2012 having not been implemented, action is requested by the original petitioner.

During the pendency of this Contempt Petition, albeit belatedly, certain steps have been taken to implement the order. Firstly, it is stated that now the petitioner will be able to establish a School for the deaf and dumb and the reservation which was SRP 1/2

Though there is no explanation for this delay in implementing this Court's order, in the light of these developments and accepting the oral explanation of Mr. Khadapkar, learned advocate for the Municipal Corporation and his submissions, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. G.S. PATEL, J.
