2] Prima facie it appears that, except passage of time of about six months, there is no change in the facts and circumstances of the present case. Facing with the said difficulty, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present applicative with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No.14 of 2017 registered with Zat Police Station, District- Sangali now culminated into Sessions Case No. 88 of 2017 pending on the file of the 1/2
