The learned counsel for the Petitioners state that the Petitioners will seek appropriate remedy by filing application before the respondent no.3 for withdrawal of the impugned order as permission to construct the building was granted to the adjoining land holders. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in this background. Permission for withdrawal of the Petition is granted as prayed for.

The points raised in the Petition are kept open.No order as to costs.
