The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition as statutory alternate remedy is available under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Considering the protective order dated 7.3.2016, we are inclined to extend the protection as prayed only for four weeks. The Petitioner to take steps within four weeks. The Authority to decide the Application/Appeal in accordance with the law uninfluenced by order dated 7.3.2016 so passed in the circumstances so referred therein. 1/2
