This Petition is filed by the Petitioner, a Co-Op. Society, Ltd. seeking a direction to the Respondent State to consider their application for grant of sanction amount under various schemes, amalgamated by the State of Maharashtra. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on the instructions of Mr. J. M. Ambade, Under Secretary, Co-operation, Marketing, Textile Department who is present in the Court today, submits that application of the Petitioner shall be considered, and if found suitable necessary 1 / 2
