By this Application, the applicant has prayed for restoration of Miscellaneous Civil Application No.108 of 2014 as also for setting aside the order dated 11.02.2015 passed therein. By order dated 11.02.2015, Miscellaneous Civil Application was allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) after observing that despite service, none appeared for the respondent-applicant herein.

Having regard to the prayers made in the application, though the applicant has prayed for restoration of the Miscellaneous Civil Application and for setting aside the order dated 11.02.2015, it amounts to seeking review of that order. 1/2
