Today, the learned Counsel for the applicant has fairly placed before the Court(for perusal) the Judgment and Order dated 23/8/2016 passed by the Special Judge, Under provision of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Khed-Raigurunagar, Dist. Pune, Talwalkar 1/2

901.ba458.16.sxw wherein the present applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4,6,8 and 10 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and sentenced to suffer R.I. for 10 years. In view of this changed circumstance, the application stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
