The praceipe is submitted to this Court seeking withdrawal of the Petitions. It is submitted in the praceipe that the Petitions are filed in this Court for quashment of the first information report i.e., C.R. No. 80/2015 and the proceedings arising out of the Umesh Malani

1.WP.2377.2018+.doc said FIR. It is stated in the praceipe that the Petitioners in both these Petitions who were accused before the Trial Court, Junnar have been acquitted by the learned Trial Court as such, the Petitions are rendered infructuous.
