In furtherance of Court orders dated 7th December 2018 and 7th February 2019, respondent No. 1 has produced her Aadhar Card. We have verified Aadhar Card with assistance of learned A.P.P. It is reported that it is genuine.

Respondent No. 1 is also identified by petitioner. Counsel for petitioner states that amount of Rs. 9 lakhs and LIC amount of Rs. 1 lakh are to be received by respondent No. 1 and same are in deposit with Family Court.

wp.996.16.36.doc Respondent No. 1 has given her no objection for quashing of RCC No.186/2011 and criminal case. The matters arise out of matrimonial discord and Section 498A of Indian Penal Code. As per Consent Terms, clause (8), the petitioner has to return gold ear chain, gold engagement ring, child's two gold rings and one chain with pendent. The same are received by respondent No. 1 today in Court.

In view of her consent, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Needless to mention that respondent No. 1 can apply to Family Court and withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner there for her along with original LIC Policy. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
