Today, when matter was called for hearing, learned counsel for appellant and learned counsel for respondent both made submissions for early hearing and disposal of the L.C. Suit No. 622 of 2012 pending in Bombay City Civil Court at Dindoshi, Goregaon. In view of aforesaid submissions made by Counsels representing both sides, this Appeal from Order bearing No. 168 of 2019 is disposed of with direction to the Learned City Civil Judge, Dindoshi to expedite the hearing of L.C. Suit No. 622 of 2012 and dispose of the same within a period of six months. Till then ad-interim relief dated 08.03.2017 continued. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
