Parties have settled and compromised the matter. Affidavit dated 06.04.2022 filed by Respondent No. 2 is taken on record to that effect. Respondent No. 2 has appeared through video call and is identified by her Advocate. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Applicants.

In view of the above, the Criminal Application is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No. 843/2018 dated 24/07/2018 registered with Hadapsar Police Station, Pune, for offences punishable u/s 498-A, 406, 500, 323, 56 R/W 34 IPC along with proceedings before the Ld.
