The Applicant, apprehending his arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 54 of 2022 registered with Rajgad Police Station, Dist. Pune under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 408, 197, 199, 200 and 119 read with Section 34 of IPC, is seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 14.03.2022, the Applicant was granted interim protection inter alia on the condition of attendance. It is Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

54 aba 682-22=.doc undisputed that the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the matter of investigation. 4.

This court vide order dated 14.03.2022 has found that the evidence would be of a documentary nature. It transpires that the documents have already been seized/recovered. In that view of the matter, I do not find that the custodial interrogation is warranted.
