Inasmuch as the orders dated 18 July 1998 and 19 January 2005 of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.2134 of 1998 have not been considered by the School Tribunal as the same were not brought to the notice of the School Tribunal, by consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the Petition is disposed of in the following terms: (i) The impugned judgment of the School Tribunal dated 22 December 2006 is set aside.

(ii) The School Tribunal is directed to decide the Appeal No.27 of 2006 filed by the Petitioner before the School Tribunal afresh (iii) The parties shall appear before the School Tribunal on 24 July 2017 at 11 a.m.
