After hearing progressed for some time, Mr. Tajane, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of his client, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the bank with a settlement proposal. It is submitted that a proposal along with reasonable amount of deposit would be made within a period of two weeks from today. 2.
