1] By an Order dated 12th July 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the concerned Police Station on stipulated dates, to join the process of investigation. 2] The learned counsel for the first informant submitted that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and the consent terms have been filed in R.C.C. No.730 of 2017 before the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Nashik. A photocopy of the said consent terms is tendered across the bar. The same is taken on record.
