The learned counsel for the appellant pointed out that the suit is valued for Rs.63,69,000/-, however, it is not clear whether it is Rs.63,69,000/- or Rs.36,69,000/-, but the valuation is above Rs.10,00,000/- and between Rs.1 crore. Therefore, he prays that this Appeal needs to be transferred to District Court, Thane. 2.

As per the notification No. CCS.2014/C.R.-25/D-19 dated 31st August, 2015, which says that the suit having valuation upto 1 crore is to be transferred to District Court with effect from 1st September, 2015. Hence, this Appeal be transferred to District Court, Thane. 3.

Registrar (Judicial) to take steps accordingly. This Appeal is to be transferred to District Court, Thane within 10 days. 4.

Appeal is disposed of as transferred. Civil Application is also accordingly disposed of.
