By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 52 days delay in filing Appeal from Order challenging the order dated 08/12/2017 passed by City Civil Court, Borivli Division, Dindoshi in Draft Notice of Motion in L.C. Suit No. 3499 of 2017.

(I) Delay of 52 days in filing Appeal from Order is condoned.

(III) No order as to costs.
