He has instructions from the plaintiff that the plaintiff in original suit are not interested in prosecuting the suit. The plaintiff intend to withdraw S.C. Suit No.1218 of 2013.

Hence, the plaintiff is permitted to withdraw S.C. Suit No.1218 of 2013 unconditionally.

The suit stands dismissed.

In view of dismissal of the suit, the civil revision application is rendered infructuous. The civil revision application is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
