Pursuant to the order dated 13.12.2016, this Court has granted conditional interim stay and the applicant/original appellant was directed to deposit the entire decretal amount as per the Award dated 01.08.2014 in Claim Application No. 2549 of 2008 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order. The applicant/original appellant has deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith interest
