The learned APP has tendered a copy of the report submitted by the Police Inspector, Lokmanya Tilak Marg Police Station, Mumbai to the learned 28th Metropolitan Magistrate, Killa Court, Mumbai. He has also placed reliance on the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Hotline Teletubes and Components Ltd., & Ors. vs. State of Bihar and Anr., reported in (2005) 10 Supreme Court Cases 261.
