Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The petition challenges an interim order passed by the Industrial Court in a complaint filed under the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971. Learned Counsel for the Respondent Union states that his clients are agreeable to have the impugned order set aside and join services at the transferred locations provided the complaint itself is disposed of by the Industrial Court within a reasonable time.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 25 February 2016 is set aside and the Industrial Court at Kolhapur is directed to dispose of Complaint (ULP) No.20/2016, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of three months from today.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
