Learned Counsel for the Applicants seek leave to withdraw the application i.e. Criminal Bail Application No.611 of 2017. He states that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed and that the applicants intend to approach the trial Court by filing an application after filing of the charge-sheet. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is made clear that if an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
